Our Firm

David Lee Sellers and his staff of paralegals work as an experienced, knowledgeable team on every case. Mr. Sellers has over seventeen years experience trying personal injury cases and defending individuals accused of committing crimes. A native Pensacolian, Mr. Sellers graduated with high honors with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Florida and with honors with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Sellers began the practice of law as an Assistant State Attorney. He is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts and the Federal Courts of the Northern District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Trial Practice, The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers & Criminal Law Sections of the Florida Bar, and is a graduate of the college of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Sellers has been rated by a nationally respected legal service rating company (Martindale-Hubbel), composed of lawyers familiar with the quality of his work as being an excellent lawyer (BV Rating). Our paralegals are specifically trained in the handling of personal injury, criminal defense and PIP collection cases. They are carefully chosen for their knowledge and experience in these areas. Two of our paralegals have four year BA college degrees, while our other paralegal graduated with a degree in legal assisting; one is certified by the National Association of Legal Administrators and one is very intimately experienced with the inner workings of insurance companies, having worked as a field representative for one of the larger companies. Additionally, we have an established network of professionals trained in various areas of medical service, together with a medical librarian, all available to us as informational resources. We have a number of investigators who assist us in investigating the facts of your matter and preparing to meet the defenses offered by our opponents.
